Lodgr has grown over the years and we are soon opening our platform lodgr.ca for all Canadians to host others and let them enjoy what you have enjoyed for years.

During the winter months Lake Erie is exceptionally beautiful with lots of fall colours and a light layer of fog covering the lake it will be one of the best views you will ever experience, our cottages face directly onto Mohawk Island where you can see an old abandoned lighthouse in clear view which adds to the experience.

Many people seem to believe that traveling is a way to escape life, but that suggests that life is just a series of workdays, sleeping, weekends, and eating. The truth is that this daily grind is where life tends to escape us. So the reason why I love to travel and explore new place it is to break the chain of the daily routine and learn to love life again.

Tatiana stayed at one of our cottages (27 Villella) her family and herself had such a great time they recommended us to everyone they know (greatest compliment)! We asked if she can give us a review that we can post on Instagram, she was happy to oblige! Above is the review she gave, we are in the works of planning her next stay as well :)

We had a chance to host Justin’s and his family for New Years, they could not stop talking about the view! I agree with them 👍 our cottages have one of the best views in Ontario that I’ve ever seen.
