Just completed our tenth season with the RMWS. So proud of this group.

The RMWS goal was #1 to build a gate on Eagles Nest Pass on the Rock Creek side to help alleviate a problem of horses heading back to Rock Lake during the night. #2 goal was to clean up an old original trail on the east side of the Sulpher River that the exploration cats had bladed through in the late 50's and since new tree growth had taken over making it no longer usable. The completed cleanup on the cat trail is a much safer route to travel with great line of sight, no boulders and extensive elevation and no river crossings. Making especially safer for hikers and easier for horses. These were the main projects this year, both were achieved, with a couple of days to take a couple scenic tours and enjoy our beautiful country.
