I don’t even know how many walleyes we boated over the past 2 days … well over 350 … this fishery is insane … gull harbour has rooms available until November 15 then they close … the bite is insane… if you ever wanted to experience the hands down best walleye fishing in the world … there is no better time … send us a message and let’s get you out there !!

The bite on the red is on fire for those lovely greenbacks! Also we have come to find a pretty dang good sturgeon bite as well! This time of year the sturgeon flood into the river and are targetable with ease with your electronics ! Hecla Walleye Is absolutely insanity right now also! Lots to pick from , temperatures look like we won’t be seeing freeze up for a couple weeks yet! Take advantage of this weather and come catch your new PB walleye or Sturgeon! 🚨 WALLEYE WONDERLAND 🚨 BOOK YOUR TRIP NOW !!!

These warm temps are a blessing ! Going to be keeping the water open for weeks to come and that means more opportunity for you to come and get on this incredible fall walleye bite! Our groups at Hecla are averaging well over 100 fish days with one group last week hitting the 300 fish mark in 7 hours !

The red river ! Each day that passes more and more greenbacks are dumping in the river ! We had a group out mid week last week never fished for walleye and they got spoiled with 9 walleye over 28 inches!

🚨 Catfish Frenzy 🚨

The cats are really going crazy especially in the evening hours ! The upgraded boat really makes for a comfortable relaxing evening (until your arms get sore) ! Our evening catfish special is our most popular trip this time of year ! Come jump in the boat for 8 or 4 hours anytime or 2 1/2 hours in the evening and come take advantage of this incredible catfish window ! We fish the north end of the red river and into some back creeks as well , really gets you away from the crowds and into the places not many people get to see ! Hecla is just around the corner ! We have a couple 3 day gaps remaining for prime time in late may to end of June! Don’t hesitate to message us ! I will say it very confidently… the best walleye fishing in the world … you can go to fly in lodges and get the numbers we get here but I don’t think you can go anywhere and get big fish consistently like this! If you are a die hard walleye fisherman or women it’s a must to experience!

The last week has been incredible for fish number and marking fish! We are having to do some serious covering of ground to stay on and get into some big fish , it’s incredible the amount of fish that are all over this great big bath tub we fish ! We have openings for the next 9 days! If you’re wondering about ice conditions they are amazing , only things that are showing signs of spring are the approaches !
