The Leeward Jewel Villa has 7 guest suites. Each guest suite has a private entrance with secure key access. The rooms spacious and get plenty of sun. Large patio sliders allow guests to maximize the beautiful views of the canal and pool area.

The Ruby and Diamond Suites are master bedrooms in the Main House and include the following:
– king-size bed
– 2 A/C units (one in the bedroom and one in the bathroom)
– large flat screen T.V.,
– luxurious ensuite bath with a super-soaker tub and spacious shower
– Amazon Alexa
– in-room safe for storage of your valuables, cash and travel documents
– private keyed access

An additional 5 guest suites are situated around the pool. Each guest suite has a full bath, a/c unit, shower, and Amazon Alexa. The Pearl, Turquoise, Jade Suites have a king-sized bed. The Emerald Suite has 2 queen beds.

The Guest House overlooks the canal is the only guest suite at the Villa that includes a full kitchen. In addition, there is a separate bedroom with a queen bed and large flat screen T.V., Amazon Alexa, a full bath with a bathtub and a sitting area in the main room. The setup is similar to a one-bedroom apartment.
