So, what's going on with all of the bracelets on ? Well, the red rope one, with the gray bit that says "Make a Splash" is used as your room key, bar tab, sailor loot (for the shops). The dark blue one indicates you're part of their Deep Blue loyalty program. The red and white one indicates you've got the "Splash of Romance" program.
