Le papillon Monarque est arrivé à Cocagne!🦋 La statue pour prendre des photos devant et de nouveau installé à la marina de Cocagne (130 ch. Marina à Cocagne). Nous enlevons les ailes pour l’hiver afin de mieux préserver sa beauté. C’est normal que le papillon n’est pas sur place tout l’hiver, car il fait une grande migration. Si vous voulez aider cette espèce en voie de disparition, plantez de l’asclépiade – nous les distribuons le samedi 1er juin à l’École de Grande-Digue de 9h à 11h, amenez des grands pots pour des plantes matures. 🪻

The Monarch butterfly has arrived in Cocagne! 🦋 The statue for taking photos in front of is once again installed at the Cocagne Marina (130 Marina Road in Cocagne). We remove the wings for the winter to better preserve its beauty. It's normal for the butterfly not to be on-site all winter, as it undergoes a long migration. If you want to help this endangered species, plant milkweed – we distribute them on Saturday from 9 am to 11 am, June 1st at Grande-Digue School, bring large pots for mature plants. 🪻

Welcome to Shalin Beach House! We are pleased to host you for your vacation getaway. Shalin Beach House is a Coastal Farmhouse themed cottage located along Cocagne Bay in beautiful Cocagne, NB. Near the Northumberland Straight, the only body of water to touch the shores of all three Atlantic provinces, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia and Prince Edward Island. The windmills on Prince Edward Island can be seen from the area on a clear day. Spend your days lounging on the beach in front of the cottage or take a day trip to one of the many destinations in the area. Conveniently located, you will be a short drive to Bouctouche to visit the Irving Arboretum, enjoy an ice cream or dine at one of their restaurants, a 10-15 minute drive to Shediac to snap photos at the big lobster, shop, dine, relax at Parlee Beach, or a little longer drive to Moncton opens up a plethora of options for dining, shopping, and exploring. Many, many other amazing attractions in surrounding areas such as Pays de la Sagouine, Savonnerie Olivier, Dunes de Bouctouche, and loads of options for delicious seafood made to order or purchase fresh and cook yourself in Shalin’s well appointed kitchen.
