“Seva” is a Sanskrit word meaning “selfless service”. Our goal is to contribute to the improvement of our community.

​Paras Solanki (Founder of Seva Field Trips), has spent significant time volunteering in the community and has always had a special place in his heart for helping seniors. Growing up closely with his grandparents and other seniors of the community has allowed him to understand many of the struggles they face, such as mobility, loneliness, and isolation.

Paras' deep goal has been to serve the seniors in our community by contributing towards the betterment in the lives of older adults. He strives to help them find meaningful happiness.

​When Paras went on field trips as a kid, he felt the epitome of happiness through feelings of wonder, excitement, joy, and playfulness. Believing that we all harness our younger selves within us, he strives to reignite those feelings in the lives of older adults by taking them on field trips!
