There are days I have to take my job on the road with me. Lengthy telephone wait times & doctor appointments may not be an ideal mix, but I'll make it work when my clients need to unexpectedly cancel a trip for the next day!

It also means clients waiting on new quotes get delayed a bit, but when you book with me I'll always have your back when things don't go as planned!

What a week!!!! Hopefully you have been watching my stories‼️I thought I would have more time to share info this week, but it has been absolutely jam packed from early morning until late evening every day with exciting educational opportunities while has kept us busy seeing all of their resorts in the Mexican Caribbean. I have definitely learned a lot, including the fact that my instincts are usually pretty bang on when it comes to resorts that I recommend. But not always - which is why this was a great experience that my clients will be able to benefit from when it comes to custom planning your own vacation with me 😊🩷 I will be taking on new clients in November so please reach out when you're ready for my "insider knowledge" and concierge service 😊

Lets talk about Tulum… I am flying into the BRAND NEW TULUM AIRPORT (TQO) this Saturday the 19th. The airport looks great, and less busy than Cancun. (I will share my experience arriving into Tulum airport via Montreal). 🤔 DID YOU KNOW….. Tulum is off the grid, and is run on generators⁉️ Cell service and Wi-Fi can be a little spotty too. People say it’s a great place to “disconnect” and chill.

Tulum is mainly made up of very small and unique boutique hotels right on the sand along the beach road. The beach clubs are open to outside guests and I will be exploring them when I go!! The beach road is where most people will want to stay, but there is also the town, and the jungle areas. Tulum is home to an incredible archeological site, stunning hotels, world class beaches, delicious cuisine, amazing cenotes, exciting eco-parks and so much more.

Currently, there are only 2 true all inclusive resorts in Tulum. One of them is the new Secrets Tulum adults-only resort, and I will be staying there for 4 nights. Secrets is NOT on the beach, it’s in the town, but they have a beach club right along the main “beach road” in Tulum with complimentary transportation and meals and drinks included!

I am excited to experience this! Stay tuned for my pictures and feedback on this unique and less-known region of Mexico.

In addition to exploring the village area of Tulum, I will be doing site inspections at over 30 hotels along the Mexican Caribbean coastline between Oct 20th – 27th!

I can’t wait to see so many new properties and to share my knowledge with you when you reach out to plan your own trip!
