Who Are Eligible To Enter The Philippines?

1. According to the Bureau of Immigration (BI) Commissioner Jaime Morente, the entry of foreign nationals is still highly restricted. Only Filipinos, their foreign spouse and children (with documentary proof of marriage/filiation and citizenship of the Filipino national), accredited foreign government and international organization officials, and foreign airline crew shall remain eligible to enter the Philippines.

2. Travellers with Dual Citizenship documents, Consular Report of Birth, Philippine passport, etc. are considered sufficient proof of Philippine citizenship.
