Many of you know this fella as "Uber Rob", and we would like to acknowledge Rob Dekany as one of the most selfless volunteers to ever grace the HRAA. Rob is always quick to lend a hand, or lend a worm! With a smile that can light up a room, Rob is always on board to helping with our Kids Fishing Club, Fishing Derby, or anything that we need! As a token of our appreciation, we have offered Rob a Lifetime Membership to the HRAA- thank you for all that you do, Rob, for our organization and for the local community!

For those of us who live locally, we have seen the great devastation caused by the yearly flooding. It is nothing to be taken lightly. Being involved with transporting people to and from Darling's Island in the past, I have met some remarkable people. I have been deeply moved by the perseverance and resiliency of those affected- including the animals.

I will be offering several boat tours during this year's flooding season for interested parties who would like to see the river from a unique and different perspective. If you are interested in one of these tours, please send a message to let us know. We will get back to you closer to the date (flooding is typically around May 1st). Make sure to include a phone number at which you can be reached, as well as whether you would prefer a night or day tour.

Hello! Uber Rob here.
As you have probably noticed, gas prices have been changing for the worst, and quickly! We've set all of our tour/fishing prices for this season PRE-gas hike. If gas prices remain up, we will be adjusting our rates to reflect this. But not knowing what is going on right now or what changes will be in the near future, we will leave the prices in the booking section as is for now. (Bookings are starting from May 1 onward).

Please go ahead and book your fishing day or adventure with me. There is no payment required right now. Prices and payment will be confirmed prior to that day. If the price doesn't suit your budget, I completely understand.
