Great day out! We rented an e-bike in Bagnères-de-Bigorre and cycled up the Col du Tourmalet. Just a 50 minute scenic drive from the gite. Don’t forget to the picnic! 🥖🧀🧁🚵‍♂️🚵‍♀️

We’re working on cleaning up this old piece we found in the attic before we started renovating. We stowed it in a spare room until now because it would be impossible to move down the narrow, twisting staircase. It was broken here and there and still needs a couple touch ups but sometimes there’s interesting treasures to be found inside.

Porc noir de Bigorre AOP de notre region.
