Landsea Tours & Adventures

Landsea Tours & Adventures was established in 1985 on the youthful enthusiasm of founder Scott Mason. Recognizing at the time that the local sightseeing industry offered tours solely on large highway motor coaches, Scott aspired to offer more personalized services on a mini-coach. With one small bus, a deep passion for his hometown of Vancouver, and a drive for service excellence, Landsea Tours & Adventures was born.

In 2009 a unique and recognizable brand identity took shape. The radiant blue found in the company logo was adopted into the uniform and all vehicles saw a rebrand. A fresh perspective was provided when Kevin Pearce officially joined as co-owner in 2012. Shortly thereafter the Landsea Charters & Services division was formally launched, enhancing the company’s profile beyond the core daily sightseeing. As of early 2019, Landsea enters a new chapter, as Scott Mason heads into retirement, and they welcome John Wilson of The Wilson’s Group as the new Co-owner.

Since inception, Landsea Tours & Adventures has extended their tour options outside Vancouver to include Victoria, Whistler, Vancouver’s North Shore, and the Sea-to-Sky corridor. It has blossomed to over 30 sightseeing vehicles and annually hosts more than 50,000 visitors on its daily sightseeing tours and charters. For 2019, their newest edition is the Hop On, Hop Off Vancouver City Tour, provided on double-decker buses and serves as a premium version of the traditional experience. All the while focus continues to be on the service excellence to which the company was established.
