It’s Wellness Wednesday! Did you know that incorporating essential oils into your daily routine is an easy way to introduce wellness into your day-to-day life? 🌿

Aromatherapy is a form of therapy that uses plant essence, also known as essential oils, to promote relaxation, improve a sense of well-being, and support the body’s natural healing processes. Not only do they have captivating fragrances, but they also possess many health benefits. Essential oils are a great way to help with many issues such as sleeplessness, nausea, anxiety, allergies, and pain.

Create a calming space by diffusing essential oils like lavender in your home. Start with a few drops in a diffuser or simply add them to a warm bath*. This can help reduce stress, improve your mood, and promote relaxation. To enhance the experience, pair the scents with calming music or a few minutes of deep breathing to really soak in the benefits!

*It is important to mix the oils with a carrier oil or a dispersant (such as Epsom salts) before adding them to the bathwater.

We had an amazing time yesterday at our Signature Wellness Lounge, where we helped our guests unwind, courtesy of PacificWest! The PacificWest Conference will feature a Signature Wellness Lounge by Soulful Indulgence to provide attendees with some much-needed relaxation between conference sessions! The event will be happening on October 1-2, 2024 at the Vancouver Convention Centre. The complimentary wellness services are provided courtesy of the PacificWest Conference.

Our team had an incredible time at the Whisky Wisemen 8th Annual Charity Golf Tournament yesterday! A huge thank you to the Whisky Wisemen team for hosting such a fantastic event to support Canuck Place Children’s Hospice and for taking great care of us throughout the day. At Hole 15, golfers enjoyed our signature pick-me-up massage to relieve their muscles during the game. Golfers who came by were so cheerful and happy to get a massage from us! We’d also like to extend our gratitude to the staff at Westwood Plateau Country Golf Club for their kindness and assistance! They were always there when we needed help. 🙏🏻

A big thank you to the UKG team for being a wonderful partner at the CPHR BC & Yukon’s HR Conference & Expo this year! It has been a yearly tradition for attendees at the event to come to the Wellness Lounge and get some much-needed relaxation during break times.
