Hello! My name Kaitlyn and I am the Administration Manager/Design Specialist of ECO ORIGINS INC. An Eco-oriented landscaping company in the York Region area. We do full design and build renovation projects, ie. backyard flips and curb appeal enhancing projects. Turning customers dream vision into reality. I also am the Director of The Azalea Haven which is a Home decor Boutique that sells antique and vintage finds, unique one-of-a-kind pieces and artisan crafted goods. We have an online shop nearly ready for launch and a brick and mortar store in the Orillia area.

I am activity seeking an Administrative and Marketing Assistant to help me with various administrative tasks and marketing strategies for both companies. Also general labour duties on an as needed basis as required.
Position Duties and Responsibilities:
- Schedule meetings and interact with clients and internal staff on behalf of project managers
- Perform specialized administrative tasks; including preparation, investigation, research, review, and the overseeing of projects.
- Answering calls, emails and communication
- Develop marketing strategies and materials to optimize sales
- Overseeing social media accounts and websites to engage existing customers and establish positive public relations
- Filing, faxing and emailing of invoices and statements
- Entering material orders, checking order status for customers
- Answer queries by employees and clients
Assets:
- Previous experience in the Landscape and horticulture industry
- Experienced user of Excel, Outlook, Quickbooks, Photoshop, Sketchup, InDesign, AutoCAD with demonstrated interest and ability to learn new systems;
- Knowledgable with social media content creation, and proficient with graphic design using programs such as vistaprint, canva, etc.
- Passionate about the environment and have a love for wildlife/outdoors
Competencies
- Must possess excellent customer service skills
- Able to work in inclement weather (hot & humid, windy & wet & cold) and dusty job site conditions
- Positive attitude, hard working, reliable, efficient, well mannered, presentable creative, work well in a team environment
- Must have valid drivers license and clean driving record.
