Customer Service Excellence – For frontline staff, managers, operators, owners. This program is for community organizations and businesses of all sectors.

To qualify, participants must be employed or self-employed in Nova Scotia, and must confirm how they will use the skills in their work / business.
Programs are at no cost to the participant.
