Something quite unrelated to building but interesting anyways. I tasked my sons with a Corona Virus Challenge to bike all the roads in the City of Winkler! They completed it all 170.53kms inside the city limits. City of Winkler can you fact check the millage and see how close they got? Totally amazed at how many kms of roads there are to street sweep and plow snow!!

Happy Earth Day!! Today we find ourselves on a roof reshingling a 100+ year old house. These old homes often have insulation issues in the attics and sloped parts of the roof, today we help Mother Earth out by exposing the sloped areas and adding insulation to these often void spaces to retain the heat and cooling. These efforts help reduce energy needs and in turn helping the earth be a happier place, not to mention a happier client with a reduced energy bill.
