We have made every effort to understand the needs and concerns of every party involved and have developed a process that keeps the risks to a minimum, whilst providing exceptional service. Our extensive screening process includes mandatory face to face interview of every nanny or caregiver that we recruit through our own office in Cyprus (EU) and thorough background checks, which helps to select the best possible quality candidates not only trained in caregiving, nursing or childcare but also with recent live-in related experience within European families. Having years of experience within the recruitment field, we know that strict management of information and paperwork is the key to a stress free process. To improve our systems we are using case management software which enables us to keep track of our cases and provides easy access to their status through a simple, digital method. In addition, it allows our clients to interact with the software and lets them check their status on their own, enabling us to do more work in less time as well as reduce the cost and time to our clients. We have many years experience in the industry and are happy to provide references from satisfied Canadian families and nannies to support our credibility. - Levy only those charges for services rendered that is fair and due.
