Good Morning!

It has been a great day already! I just received pictures from clients who are having a fabulous time on their river cruise.

Right now they are on a wine tour, enjoying the last day of their river cruise.

While they are sampling French wine, I have been working with a local supplier, to make sure the next part of their journey is a seamless experience.

This is one of the benefits of working with me. I take care of all the details from the start of the trip planning process until you return home.

marks the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation.

The day honours the children who never returned home and survivors of residential schools, as well as their families and communities.

How much does the hotel or resort you stay at impact your vacation?

For a lot of my clients, it’s a make-or-break element of the trip.

Picture this:

🏝️ You booked a beach resort, but the actual beach leaves a lot to be desired.

🌆 You opted for a resort you thought was good value, but you didn’t realize that for $10 more a night, you could have had a much better stay at the place down the street.

🏞️ You splurged on what you thought was a luxury resort/hotel, but it’s totally out of date.

All of these mishaps are things my clients never worry about because I’m serving up personalized recommendations based on their travel style.

I know how much or little accommodations matter to them. I think about things like modern rooms, dining options, and the quality of [kids activities/spa services/nightly entertainment] so they can enjoy every minute of their very precious vacation time.

As I’m planning trips, there’s a running roll of thoughts that go through my head 👇

👉 Did I check for the best possible airline routes?

👉 Is the hotel or resort in a location that makes sense for the type of trip?

👉 Are there special dietary needs to consider?

👉 Is the itinerary designed to hit the things that are most important?

👉 Are tours and experiences booked?

👉 Is there transportation to and from the airport and all of the places in between?

It’s a lot to juggle.

It’s my job. It’s what I’m good at. And nothing makes me happier than taking these questions and worries off my clients’ plates so they aren’t stressing before or during their trip to Europe.

You’ll never appreciate having a travel advisor more than in those hectic moments.

There are so many reasons to visit the Amalfi Coast. This 30-mile stretch of winding seaside roads, charming coastal towns, scenic beaches and some of the best ocean views you’ll find anywhere. If you’re looking for la dolce vita, you’ll find it on the Amalfi Coast.

This area is idyllic enough for a standalone trip, but it can also be paired with your Rome, Venice and Tuscany vacation for a more wholesome experience of Italy. Italy has so much to offer, and ideally it should be experienced with a custom itinerary that includes all of the places you really want to see.
