Let's be honest....
Organizing is the way to pack for a trip.
You may have a spouse that makes fun of you for your 'organizational' ways. But that's ok. There are so many other people just like you. They like a good 'hack' on the best way to pack the family for a vacation.

I love this idea. I take all my cords in a ziplock bag in my personal bag on flights. But this is 10x better. I can have my phone charger, power bank charger, MagicBand+ charger and so much more all in one organized bag.

Bring one of the favorite Polynesian Resort menu items to your home!

Ohana Noodles are the beloved side dish served at Disney's Polynesian Resort at the Ohana restaurant.
1 package yakisoba noodles (6-8 ounce dry)
1 cup Brown Sugar
¾ cup soy sauce
⅓ cup rice vinegar
2 cloves Garlic (grated)
1 piece ginger (fresh, peeled and grated)
2 tablespoon Pineapple juice (canned)
1 tablespoon corn starch
½ cup pruple cabbage (shredded)
½ cup green cabbage (shredded)
1 stalk bok choy (finley sliced into ribbons)
¼ bell pepper (sliced thinly)

Cook, drain and cool the Yakisoba Noodles according to the package directions.
In a medium-sized sauce pan, combine the brown sugar, soy sauce, Rice vinegar, garlic, and ginger. Stirring the sauce to dissolve the brown sugar, bring the sauce to a simmer.
While the sauce is coming to a simmer, whisk together the pineapple juice and the corn starch to make a slurry.
Once the sauce comes to a simmer, whisk in the pineapple juice and corn starch slurry.
Bring back to a boil and reduce for 10 minutes.
While the sauce is reducing, heat a few tablespoons on oil in a wide pan and saute the vegetables until they start to wilt yet maintain their crispness.
Strain the sauce through a fine mesh strainer to remove the garlic and ginger. Discard the garlic and ginger.
Add the drained and cooled noodles to the sauteed vegetables, tossing to combine.
Pour ¾ of the sauce over the noodles and vegetables, tossing to combine. Check for flavoring and add more sauce if needed.
Garnish with sliced scallions and/or crushed peanuts.

🌎Universal Orlando travel tip

Lanyards for all in your travelling party. You can bring from home, order from Amazon or wait and buy some while there (themed). But using a lanyard to hold your tickets for Universal Orlando theme parks is a must!

Extra TRAVEL TIP: Take a photo of your ticket. Universal Orlando tickets are paper and with rain or wet rides in the parks, they can get damaged. Universal will replace but the process is so much faster if you have photos of the tickets.

Party with a Garden Rocks concert. Try a food offering from the many food booths around the World Showcase. Look for Orange Bird with a hint throughout the countries.

What a great addition for your backpack.

Do you crave a Dole Whip?
Even when you aren't in the parks???

Well I have the solution. You can make your own Dole Whip at home.

Dole Whip
Found originally in Adventureland, Magic Kingdom

2 cans (20 oz each) DOLE crushed pineapple
2 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp lime juice
1/3 cup sugar
1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream

How to make it:
Drain pineapple juice from cans
Reserve 2 tbsp juice. Set aside.
Place pineapple, lemon juice, lime juice, sugar and reserved pineapple juice in blender.
Cover and blend until smooth.
Pour into two 1-quart freezer ziplock bags.
Store bags flat in freezer
Freeze 1 1/2 hours or until slushy.
Stir pineapple slush gently into whipped cream until slightly blended in large bowl.
Return to freezer until completely frozen (about an hour)
SERVE!!!🍦

BUT when partnered with the Disney Play app you have so much to do on the app when you are waiting in lines/lounging in resort room/riding transportation.

If you don't have your passport yet, please start the process.

You don't need a passport to book your Disney or Universal vacation, but you will need a passport to check into your flights or to cross the border (should you decide to drive).

EXCEPTION - Canada and US have an agreement that as long as your passport does not expire during your travel, it is valid. The 'passport expires within 6 months' rule is not required for Canada/US travel.
