Let’s talk about Dog’s on the job site.
Aside from when he was recovering from surgery, I can probably count the number of projects Vince hasn’t come to over the last six years on one hand.
From city parks and commercial projects, to the residential work we do.
Everyone always seems to love having him around, especially my clients who have younger children as Vince will play fetch with them for hours on end.
He’s also a working dog in the literal sense. Here he’s helping clean up debris on a commercial project. But he also digs holes and trenches, pulls out old irrigation and will fetch us a wooden stake when we need one etc.
He makes the crew much more relaxed and the days go by a lot faster when he is on site. I refer to his job title as Director of Crew Morale. And he’s super good at it.
It’s pretty unique to be able to bring him everywhere, and I am very lucky to have such a good doggo. Vince has been on just about every job site since I started the company. He makes the days go by faster and keeps everyone in a happy mood. Pretty much our Director of Crew Morale :)
But I put him to actual work too! Here he helped me pull out around 450’ of old irrigation lines and dug the holes for the new heads!
