Here is a home that we did renovation / addition design and drawings for. Love these older houses, that we get to help preserve some family history but also help update the house to accommodate the family as they change and grow. This home was built in 1945, and has been through 3 generations of renovations.

We opened up the main floor and added on a Master suite with walk-in closet and en-suite, covered deck, also renovated kitchen, laundry room and pantry on the main floor. Extended 2nd floor bonus room and relocated one of the 2nd floor bedrooms and bathroom.

Here are a few before, during and after pictures. This home turned out beautifully. The addition and renovation were built by JBW Builders, Electrical by Prodigy Electric, plumbing by Korte Plumbing and the interior and exterior finishes by the home owner.

Here is a Walk-out Bungalow we did for a client that is being built by JBW Builders. It is always cool to see a house go from concept design and be able to follow it throughout the build. Keep an eye out for future updates.

Here is a Garage Addition with bonus room above that we designed for a client. The builder did a great job connecting the addition to the existing house. Looks like it was always attached.

Here is a 336 sq ft Addition/renovation that we designed for a client. This addition extended the living room, dining room, opened up the kitchen and added 2 basement bedrooms. Turned out great, lots of space for a growing family to enjoy. The Addition/renovation was built by True Line Carpentry.
