Jones Home Design is a residential design and drafting company owned by Amanda and Skyler Jones. Based out of Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. In 2008 after a few years of working for other design industry jobs, we started up Jones Home Design Ltd. We are a 2 person design team, with lots of industry experience. We graduated from the Architectural and Building Technology program at SIAST Palliser Campus i

n 2006. We are both Architectural Technologist and members of SASTT. We strive to ensure our clients dreams and ideas are implemented in every project we complete. We follow all up to date codes and standards applicable to each project to ensure the safety of our clients. Jones Home Design Ltd. specializes in Residential projects. The types of projects we do:

Here is a home that we did renovation / addition design and drawings for. Love these older houses, that we get to help preserve some family history but also help update the house to accommodate the family as they change and grow. This home was built in 1945, and has been through 3 generations of renovations.

We opened up the main floor and added on a Master suite with walk-in closet and en-suite, covered deck, also renovated kitchen, laundry room and pantry on the main floor. Extended 2nd floor bonus room and relocated one of the 2nd floor bedrooms and bathroom.

Here are a few before, during and after pictures. This home turned out beautifully. The addition and renovation were built by JBW Builders, Electrical by Prodigy Electric, plumbing by Korte Plumbing and the interior and exterior finishes by the home owner.

Here is a 336 sq ft Addition/renovation that we designed for a client. This addition extended the living room, dining room, opened up the kitchen and added 2 basement bedrooms. Turned out great, lots of space for a growing family to enjoy. The Addition/renovation was built by True Line Carpentry.
