Community meal prep! We are building community in the kitchen. Come join us, everyone is welcome. We meal prep meals together and many hands make light work! We have 4 meals each meal prep night to choose from.You pay for what you'd like to take home up to 10 meals! In just 3 hours!! All you have to do is show up (typically Monday nights) we do all the shopping and create the easy to follow prep list. Step by step. At the end of the evening you'll walk out with your meals and a fuller heart. Come meet some new people and you're also helping the community because each prep night we leave 10 meals in the freezer to give back to our community

As it gets darker earlier it’s nice to not have the extra stress of thinking of what to make after work or a long day. We take the stress out of meal prep!

To register email: [email protected] with your name, phone number and the meals of your choice, up to 10 meals per person. Each meal feeds a family of 4 (approx 2 adults & 2 kids).
Meals are $20 each OR if you can’t make the Monday evening, we can prepare the meals for you for $30 each.
