Community Meal Prep Community Meal Prep, located in the Westshore of Victoria BC, creates community in the kitchen. We want to make feeding your family, easy, economical and fun!

We​ ​make​ ​meal​ ​prep​ ​fun​,​ ​easy, affordable and best of all - stress-free. With our menus and instructions in hand, you prepare delicious meals for your family while experiencing a sense of community during the group meal-prep sessions. ​

We want to help all ages and stages get cooking. We offer several types of opportunities to learn kitchen skills, build community, and fill your freezer

with healthy, homemade, DELICIOUS meals. We have adult nights, adult parties, kids classes and kids parties, as well as ready-made meals to purchase. Visit our website www.communitymealprep.com to learn how to get involved!

Come join us at Colwood church.

Place your order by November 12 and grab a spot in our kitchen to prep ready to make freezer meals to take home.

There is no minimum order however if you are in the kitchen doing the work my suggestion would be to order one of each. Each meal feeds 2 adults and 2 kids (ideally) but it’s a great way to get out of the house mingle and be productive for your family and yourself 😄

Cost is $25 per meal. We do the shopping, recipes, labels and take home containers. Many hands make light work. 🙌

We are BACK!

Things will be changing a bit but happy to get back into the kitchen with you all!

Changes will be first the prices of everything have gone up! So in order to make this work we will also be increasing our prices. From $20-$25. This was not an easy decision but necessary.

We will be also changing the evening from Mondays to Tuesdays!

We plan to do one prep night a month with the same four meal options each prep night. Each meal feeds a family of two adults and two kids (ideally).

We are increasing the number of meals you can order for those who come and help in the kitchen but pre orders are limited to 10 orders.

I am so excited to see some new and familiar faces!

We prep at Colwood Church at 6:00 pm on Monday nights. Meals will be $20 each and if you can’t make Monday you can still buy the meals and have them prepared for you for $30 a meal.

Monday Night Meal Prep is a time for community, making meal prep fun and easy, providing affordable meals, and helping to fill the church freezer!

We meet on Monday nights in the Colwood Pentecostal church kitchen from 6:00pm

April 8th & 22nd Meals:
Pizza roll ups
Beef barley soup
Chicken & refried bean burritos
Bora bora fireballs with creamy coconut rice

Meals are $20 each and feed a family of 4. If you can’t make Monday night take advantage of our pre order option for $30 per meal.

These frozen veggies are the best! They're frozen at peak freshness and you can use a small amount at a time. Plus... No prep!

Our first Weekly Meal Plan is ready to purchase.
For $25, the plan includes 7 meal ideas and their recipes, adaptations for dietary restrictions, and a complete grocery list which organizes all the food you'll need, to cook the 7 meals. The grocery list has blank spaces so you can fill in the snacks, and breakfast and lunch foods you will also need for the week.
Each meal feeds a family of 4.
