The brothers worked side-by-side throughout the entire building process, day-in and day-out. Shortly after, Logic Homes was formed.

Logic Homes is a licensed residential home building contractor located in Victoria, B.C., operating primarily out of the Westshore – Colwood, Metchosin, Langford and Sooke. When Garett and Chad decided to build their own homes, they didn’t just build anything; the finished structures were four thousand square foot luxury homes with high-end features and meticulous attention to details. With help f

rom their father, a lifelong journeyman carpenter, these homes truly became a labour of love. It was this experience that brought the family closer together, ignited their passion for construction and started their journey of building innovative, quality custom homes. Logic Homes has now grown to build 4-6 homes per year with a focus on building premium class homes in the Westshore.
