Last month, we had a little giveaway. All you had to do was post a review of a park youâd visited. Everyone who wrote a review got entered into a draw for a year-long Campnab membership.
Congratulations to the Ariel Solomon who posted reviews for Silver Springs State Park and John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park and won the April giveaway! Ariel and her partner Angie already used Campnab with success, so, they seemed pretty happy about the win!
Our winners are full-time travelers (alongside their dog and cat Willow and Bowie). So, if youâd like to see all the great places theyâve been, you can find and follow them on Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook.
Thanks for your reviews, Angie and Ariel! We appreciate your support and look forward to seeing where you travel next. đ
P.S., You can follow Ariel, Angie, Bowie, and Willow on Facebook, at @roadleztraveled
Instead of another post about campsite alerts, hereâs a video I took last week, of a bear cub eating apples. (It makes me happy.)
Not every Campnab alert works out. In fact, with some super-popular parks it can take a little effort before you get the spot youâre after.
Valentina felt like that when she first tried Campnab. She stuck with it, though, and has found a number of available campsites as a result.
Weâre grateful to Valentina for giving Campnab a tryâand for sharing her positive experience in this short video. đ
Thank you, Valentina!

Yosemite is a tough park to get intoâin fact, itâs the most competitive national park weâre aware of.
Thatâs why we were so happy to hear how Jaclyn and Jesse used Campnab to find a spot at Yosemite for their engagement photos!
Thanks for sharing your story Jaclyn, and congratulations to both of you! đŸ đ đ

Campnab Vlog #2: Thoughts on BC Parksâ New Campsite Booking System and Website
This week BC Parksâ new website and booking system went live. As one might expect with such a launch, some are unhappy with this new approach. In this vlog, Iâll talk about why they shouldnât be dismayed. Iâll also explain why I consider BC Parksâ recent online initiatives promising for campers in British Columbia. (Oh yeahâIâll also gripe about how Campnab was misrepresented on the news, and the myth of digital scalpers for campsite reservations.)
