Hey everyone! I know I've been pretty quiet on here this summer, but this is a fairly pressing cause dear to my heart. The lovely old house located on the corner across from Fargo's is apparently slated for demolition (unnecessarily), and tomorrow at 10 AM there will be a rally to save it. I'll be there, along with the Wolfe Island Historical Society, and hopefully you can join us! See you there??

Happy long weekend, everyone! I'll be giving tours this Sunday afternoon, with the first one at 2:30. The lake's pretty high these days, but check out this photo! In 1951, flooding was so bad that water covered part of the dock. In true Wolfe Island fashion, Islanders kept using the dock anyway. Fingers crossed that the rain holds off this weekend, or at least takes a break!

I'm very happy to say that Frost Walks are back for another season! I had my first tour this afternoon; it was lovely despite the grey weather. And it's May Day today! Hooray! May the coming summer months be fertile and productive. 🌱🐝🌿🌾🌞🦋🌧🌷

Tours have started! There will be tours running tomorrow Sat. 16th, departing @ 2:30 and 4:30 from the Marysville dock.
