• Member of the World Champion Team Canada All-Girl (2009, 2010, 2011)
• Flag Barer for Canada at the 2011 ICU World Championships
• 16 years of gymnastics experience
• USASF Certified through Level 5
• Competitive Program Coordinator of a top Ontario gym for four seasons
• First Aid Certified
• PCA Stunt Champion 2004, 2005, 2006, 2008, 2010
• Member of the Ultimate Canadian Cheer Jags who placed 4th at The Cheerleading Worlds in 2011
• Coach and Choreographer of UCCD Panthers 2011 – National and Provincial Champions Large Limited Co-Ed Level 5
• Several other National and Provincial Championships
• Coach/Athlete of McGill Cheerleading 2001-2005
• BC Lions Cheerleader 2001
• Vancouver All-Stars 2000-2001

I was born and raised in Vancouver, B.C., went to university in Montreal and have lived in Ontario for the past 7 years. Seeing the industry is grow here in Canada is both exciting and inspiring to me as I want to provide more options for Canadian Teams to enhance their product on the floor. Our sport is only in its infancy and I want as many people as possible to benefit as much as I have from this lifetime passion.
