Sunshine Bliss Villa is a comfortable and elegant newly renovated and furnished 1,255 sq ft, 3 bedrooms, 2 baths condo located in the gated community of Oakwater Resort, with 5-star experience and 24/7 security, featuring:

• Our completely furnished property, co-hosted by Jessica, has a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, refrigerator / freezer, coffee maker, stove, microwave, toaster, electric tea kettle, kitchen utensils, dishes, cutlery, pots and pans, coffee cups, glasses, kids’ dishes and many other items to make your stay very comfortable.
• The 3 spacious bedrooms and 2 baths can very comfortably accommodate up to 7 guests. It is a ground floor unit (no stairs to climb) with a private entrance and a very friendly and easy self access via code operated keypad.
1.Primary bedroom has a very comfortable King size bed, a flat-screen 43" smart TV and a full on-suite bath featuring a large walk-in shower.
2.Guest bedroom is a good size very bright room with a very nice European Queen size bed
3.Children’s bedroom has a twin and a full-size bed, decorated with Disney characters for kids to enjoy and have fun.
We provide a crib and a high chair for toddlers.
The guest and children’s bedrooms share one full bathroom with a bathtub/shower.
• The living area of the property, elegant decorated in neutral tones and colors, offers a stylish and relaxing atmosphere featuring a 50” flat-screen smart TV for the family to entertain and spend time together.
• The open-concept kitchen is looking out over the dining room and living room. The dining area seats 6 guests with 2 additional stools at the counter breakfast bar.
• From the living room, a patio door leads to a screened-in balcony where you can enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon drink, spend time with your family and friends looking at the beautiful palm trees and relax.
• Clean linens, towels and pool towels are provided for each guest.
The condo has a laundry that is fully equipped with a washer and dryer and a cloth drying rack.
• For your convenience, we offer an iron and ironing board.
There is also one hair dryer in each bathroom.
The property overlooks the very well-maintained green area of the beautiful Oakwater Resort.

• Disney Springs – 10 minutes drive
• Epcot - 11 min drive
• Disney's Animal Kingdom and Theme Park - 18 min drive
• Gatorland - 23 min drive
While vacationing at the Sunshine Bliss Villa one can visit the Old Town or Disney Springs promenade which are very popular areas for shopping, live music, many outdoor restaurants. One can also experience a game at ESPN Wide World of Sports or can enjoy an evening at the well-known Cirque du Soleil, a marvelous mixt of traditional circus acts with modern acrobatics
• The resort is located close to shopping, restaurants and several golf courses.
• A recently opened Walmart store is less than a 5-minute walk from the unit.

Other things to note:
We require the booking guest to be at least 20 years old.
A welcome basket and a start-up essentials kit will be provided upon arrival.

Guests are allowed to access the entire unit, except the following:
1 - The owner's closet which is one of the two walk-in closets in the master bedroom.
2 - The storage space located outside, on one side of the patio.

Damage and incidentals:
You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay. Normal wear and tear is exempted.
Important information:
No extra persons are allowed beyond the 7 persons maximum capacity of the unit.
