Some of my favourite festive moments from our trip! Plenty of Christmas treats and character meets! We found Tally the Elf, bumped into friends and hit all four parks! Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party, Epcot’s International Festival of the Holidays, vintage decor at Hollywood Studios and the Merry Menagerie at Animal Kingdom infused our time in the parks with some major Christmas vibes.

Have you got a favourite park to spend time at during the holiday season? I think mine is Hollywood Studios because the retro Christmas decorations are absolutely awesome!

We have had the most perfect day at Disney’s Animal Kingdom! DiVine was hiding as we entered the park, we had an awesome lunch with Donald and friends at Tusker House, the safari was full of lively animals, we found the Merry Menagerie and then my girl spent the evening playing with the Na’vi.

Some people have asked if the Lightning Lane multipass is worth it for this park as it has fewer attractions, but i’ll say we didn’t arrive until about 1:30pm and had a leisurely lunch and still managed to get on everything we wanted including Kilimanjaro Safari, the Lion King, Dinosaur, Na’vi River Journey and Flight of Passage x 2 (not with a Lightning Lane, but seeing everything earlier allowed us to make 2 flights at the end of the day. The park closed at 6pm, but had extended after hours for guests at Deluxe Resorts!

I think my favourite park for festive vibes is Hollywood Studios. The retro decorations, the old school Christmas music and so many lights - it all just screams the holidays! Almost every corner has been decorated. It even snows on Sunset Boulevard!

Disney Math is a thing. I would like a Mickey Mouse watch. I like both of these pictured watches. One is $525 while the other is $350. If I choose the “cheaper” option I am being good and saving money. Right?

Had a fabulous night at Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party. Of course I had visions of perfect family photos but I got these…Anyone else have a less than co-operative family when it comes to getting nice photos? I so love these pics since they are exactly who we are…but maybe one time it would be nice to get that very merry family photo.

After a day of travel, we got checked in at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort and Spa. We were met with the amazing scent of gingerbread from the giant gingerbread house in the lobby and took in the stunning tree that towered above us. Today we head to the Disney Treasure and to say i’m excited is an understatement.
