I would like to take a moment to express that we have a zero disrespect policy.

Especially towards Joanne, who fills in when I am not there. Most of the time it's both of us.
Failure to show up for your appointment time(which is a hour long) will result in any deposits being forfeit, and you will not be rescheduled.
A no show will result in no future correspondence from us.
Our time is just as valuable as yours.
