Our Story

Serenity Travels was established in June 05, 2017 as a registered home-based travel agency; currently operating as a part-time business. The company is fully owned and operated as a partnership between sisters, Claudine Nunez and Charmaine Nunez. It started with a client base mostly of family members and friends. The sisters share a passion to travel and found that DIYs travels could sometimes cost more than pre-packaged travels. They collected their experiences traveling and aim to create a savvier travel platform for their clients. Taking on the complexities of travel planning. Knowing who and where best to arrange their vacation.

Our agency aims to connect people and technology by using both hands-on expertise and our suppliers resources to provide our clients a personalized travel plan that can optimize both budget and travel experience. Our vision is to become a premier and reliable provider of travel products and services across Canada and around the world. We envision to have a broad customer base and accommodate new opportunities for growth as we venture out to become a travel and tours consolidator. Our website offers the following travel products and services: Tours on the go powered by viator which our business customers can book in one place. Making their purchases or invoices in a single expense sheet. Our flagship is pre-planned travels. For packages ( Leisure, Adventure, Solo/ Group/Corporate), Flight Tickets, Air Transfers, Travel Accommodations and Events Reservations, Retreats, Incentive travel, transportation and Insurance. We take care of our clients from destination of A to A.As our promise to our clients, we will provide a seamless travel plan that is unique to their client’s needs. And as we target clients in both vulnerable and corporate sectors we offer the convenience on ways our clients can maximize their time as they visit each places of interest; help them plan a route to save more experiences than cramming to make reservations in different web pages while on vacation.
