And that’s a wrap! Thank you to Paulo and Sergio for keeping us safe and showing us such a beautiful place!!! We all appreciate you both!! Now we are all packing and trying to get a few hours of sleep in before we leave for the airport in 5 1/2 hours(2:45am Portugal time!) Here’s hoping for an uneventful trip home!! See you all soon!

After lunch we headed to Quarteira. 2 1/2 hour bus ride, seeing cork trees, orange trees, grape vines and olive trees! We are right by the beach again! Beautiful here!

Spent the afternoon in Evora. Climbed up to the top of the cathedral, saw some Roman ruins, had lunch and did some shopping! Was sunny and +25C

Today we were off to Evora! Was a beautiful day for a short bus ride! We took a tour of the town, then headed in to the Chapel of the Bones. In 1816 they exhumed the bones of the nearby cemetery to decorate their walls. There are over 5000 bones in there!

Portugal!! We’ve done SO much over the last few days, it’s been such an awesome trip so far! What a beautiful country! We started out with POURING rain and a struggle to get us all here, but the sun is out and life couldn’t be better!! We’ve seen many churches, basilica’s and libraries. We’ve walked in Palace’s and in old yet beautiful Universities! We’ve eaten, then eaten some more! and above all, we laughed and enjoyed each others company! This is such an awesome group of Myers people! Can’t wait for the next few days!!
