With the world beginning to open to international travellers again, it’s imperative to know the entry and exit requirements for COVID-19 testing, not only for the country you are travelling to but also for the country you are returning to.
PCR, which stands for Polymerase Chain Reaction test, is a nasal or throat swab taken by a healthcare professional and tested in a lab. Many countries require a Negative PCR test within 72 hours of departure from the originating country.
RAPID-ANTIGEN Testing is fast, easy, and safe and provides results within 15 minutes. This test detects protein fragments specific to COVID-19 and can be done in clinics, doctors' offices, hospitals, resorts, airports, etc.
VACCINE requirements are changing almost daily and it’s important to know if your vaccine and/or a mix of vaccines will be accepted by the supplier you are travelling with or to the country you are travelling to. Not all mixes and vaccines and are accepted worldwide.
Are you transiting through a country and your final destination doesn’t require a test to enter their country? A negative COVID-19 test may still be required to enter the country you are transiting through.

Coral reefs are threatened by some chemicals found in sunscreens and other skin-care products. Oxybenzone, used in sunscreens to protect our skin from UV rays, is of particular concern. There are ways to protect ourselves from the sun without using sunscreens that harm corals and ocean waters. While at the beach, wear a hat and shirt and when swimming, wear a long-sleeved rash guard. Try to avoid spraying on sunscreen. Instead, use mineral-based sunscreens such as zinc oxide or titanium oxide. Look for marine safety products, such as those labelled with the “Marine Safe” icon.
