Big news! I just completed the Culinary & Agritourism READI program with —a program that gave me the tools, confidence, and motivation to shape our farm-to-table pierogi-making experience. 💪🥟

It was the first time someone really validated our idea and said, “Yes—people would love this!” And they were right.

Thank you to the inspiring instructors who kept us on track (and on deadline 😉). On to the next chapter… 👀
