I have a passion for updating older homes with modern amenities, and strive to keep some of the original character. This passion of mine led me to start a property management company. Balsam Properties is named after the former St. John's, Newfoundland hotel where my maternal grandparents were proprietors from 1932 until the 1950s. Both my aunt and my late mother grew up at The Balsam, and it was

a special place for them, meeting travelers from all over the world. I, too, am enjoying hosting groups from all over the province, country, and the rest of the world! I would love the opportunity to welcome you to my restored properties.

A full kitchen with full size fridge and stove, all appliances plus a dishwasher (who wants to wash dishes on vacay?!)

Professional cleaners please apply!
Duties include:
-Making beds
-Cleaning floors and surfaces (sweep/vacuum/mop)
-Making sure appliances are clean for guests
-Doing laundry- guest sheets and towels
-Placing garbage and recycling in appropriate outdoor bins
-Ensuring all areas of house are properly sanitized for guests
-Training and detailed checklist is provided

You will need to have your own cell phone and transportation to sites around Grand Falls-Windsor.

We provide all cleaning supplies.
Most days 11 am to 3 pm including weekends.
