North Sea Whale House is great if your looking for a peaceful, non-touristy Newfoundland active fishing village experience especially after a long day of site seeing and or hiking...
We are just steps from the Altantic ocean and from an active fishing stage.
NSWH has a fully equipped kitchen with electric range/oven , fridge dishwasher & microwave, laundry facilities washer & dryer , dining room with ocean views and same as the living room with TV/cable & wifi)
We have 2 queen beds one with an ensuite, the other uses the main bathroom.
If your in the right spot at the right time you may even see breaching whales, humpback, fin, minke & killer whales who may put a show on just for you.. that can be seen from the front porch or bridge in NL.
If you love birds there's plenty to see Blue jays, sparrows, seagulls, osprey, crows, and bald eagles all are amazing to watch..
Pets are welcome but please clean up after them and if they paws are wet please give them a wipe off. It's greatly appreciated.
You may just enjoy a quite day in Summerville hiking ,or berry picking (depending on time of year) it's blueberry haven...
Or do some beach combing, you just never know what you may find...aside from some beautiful sea glass..
