When canceling a booking (with or without cancelation insurance), it is policy to have ALL passengers individually confirm cancelation.

Access to your personal email/text/call or who has access to your personal email/text/call has zero involvement with Travel VIP or the supplier.

Once instruction for cancelation comes from each individuals email/text/call, I will proceed with canceling the file. If you purchased cancelation insurance, your refund WILL BE in future travel credits (if cancelled within the alloted time frame).

⚠️ UPDATED - MARCH 20, 2025. Some suppliers will not entertain the idea of merging vouchers to one passengers name!!

⚠️ AS OF TODAY, March 18, 2025, I WILL NO LONGER be offering merging of vouchers to one passengers name on future travel credits.

⚠️ ALL cancellation requests will result in a $50-$100 fee per file to cover any or all administrative fees for canceling the file
