Arch.), Marie-France has a keen interest in interior spaces. She began her career by working in Paris under the tutelage of Philippe Starck and Ronald Cecil Sportes. During her time in Paris, Marie-France helped design hotels, retail shops and office spaces in France and the United States. After gaining experience in European design, Marie-France decided to move back to Montreal where she worked f

or a number of years for the firm Oberman Bleyer. In 1994, Marie-France launched her very own design company entitled Marie-France Chabanne Design which specializes in interior design. Ever since, she has had projects in Westmount, Muskoka, the Bahamas, Florida, the Eastern Townships, Mont-Tremblant and various other places. Marie-France has also been on the committee for numerous fundraising events including CHU Sainte-Justine Foundation, Les Ballet Jazz de Montréal and the fundraiser for l’Ermitage of the College de Montréal.
