Happening right now!

We finally found enough clear skies to see the beautiful Aurora! After a beautiful sunny day here in Yellowknife today, the clouds rolled in around 11:00pm, then heavy cloud cover.

But we find it with our Aurora Hunting tour, guests were super happy and excited to see!

Summer/Fall Aurora!

If you’re not a fan of the cold, then you can come during the summer and fall seasons to see a d experience awesome amazing Aurora here in . August 15 to September 30.

Ideally you want to come during the New Moon phase, when there is no moon. The night sky is darkest and best for viewing the Aurora!

This year the best dates to see the Aurora is from August 27 to September 11 and September 24 to September 30. No moon, lots of stars and to see the Aurora reflect off the water, is truly spectacular!!
