Interested in our Sunny Portugal tour but concerned it might be too strenuous? You might be surprised to know it’s only rated Activity Level 2 out of 5! We’ve heard from others who’ve done this tour it really is not strenuous at all.

And don’t forget this tour includes all luggage handling at hotels and airports, and all hotels have elevators. We are always available to assist!

We opened our emails this morning to find this wonderful review of our tour to Lancaster this past May!

Dear Sylvia and Tim,
It has been almost 2 months since the Circle Pennsylvania Tour and I am still basking in the joy and fellowship that I encountered on this excursion. I came onto the trip as a solo stranger and left feeling as if I were part of a "family that loved travelling". The trip was very well-organized and fun!! The time on the bus went quickly with the fantastic movies, entertaining stories and "Dad" jokes that were shared. The hotel accommodations were wonderful. The bus driver did his due diligence and yet was a part of our travelling family. I enjoyed every minute of it - from the time I got up until the moment I fell into bed at night. I am looking forward to my next journey with my "travelling family"!

Day 4 had us saying goodbye to Lancaster and hello to Scranton! Arrived at the historical Radisson Lackawanna Hotel which was a grand passenger rail station with a route to Buffalo. Our 1 hour city tour started inside this magnificent hotel lobby. Then on to the Trolley Museum for an included boxed lunch before heading over for our electric trolley ride through the countryside. The trolley was older than any of the passengers! Settled into our hotel for the night with free time for more shopping, dinner at a local restaurant, and lounging around the firebowl for social conversations. After a good nights sleep, and a hearty breakfast, we are off on our last day heading home to Canada 🇨🇦. Just a 5 hour drive but we’ll make a couple of stops before crossing the border. Will be nice to get home before the sun goes down!

Day 3 down, 2 more to go! The weather today wasn’t promising at first but at least it cooled off nicely for our morning Amish Farmlands tour! This year we stopped at a broom and weave shop operated by an Amish family. Such intricate work! Then off to a gourd farm where we saw neat creations made from gourds of all sizes! Off next to another Amish farm where they have a store selling lots of handmade crafts and beautiful quilts. Last stop was a country surprise where we treated the group to delicious freshly-baked soft pretzels! Off to Kitchen Kettle Village for lunch and shopping. Matinee performance of Daniel at Sight and Sound was outstanding! They’ve certainly come a long ways in their creativity! Then we experienced an awesome meal at an Amish farm prepared by their family. Always scrumptious made-from-scratch! A gorgeous sunset topped off another incredible day in Lancaster county! Tomorrow, we’re off to Scranton!

Day 2 of 5 in the books! Started with a scenic drive to Lancaster with enough time to watch I Can Only Imagine - such a great movie! Then on to Cracker Barrel for a relaxing lunch and some shopping at Rockvale Outlet. Next up was Juke Box Jive - a wonderful musical of songs from the 50s to the 80s! Checked into our gorgeous hotel for our two night stay at the Eden Resort and Suites. Dinner followed at Millers Smorgasbord where no one left hungry! And can you believe it, folks still had energy left for shopping at Ross Dress for Less and Walmart! And this morning, everyone is chipper at breakfast ready for another full day!

We had a great first day on our 5-day Circle Central Pennsylvania tour! Our first stop was the Corning Museum of Glass for a visit and included lunch. Then off to the Pennsylvania Welcome Center for their beautiful lookout views! We ended our day in Williamsport with a guided tour of Millionaires Row! Our step on guide was dressed in period costume and was very entertaining! The historic Genetti Hotel was our overnight stop and we were welcomed with cool refreshments.
