Historic Lumber Historic Lumber is a family owned business with over 40 years experience in reclaiming early Canadian homes and barns - saving them from being lost forever

Since we recover our material by hand, we know the history of our lumber. Our wood tells the story of its origins and bears the marks of years of use by generations of early Canadians with a unique character and patina not found in newer woods. At Historic Lumber we offer everything you would find in an original Ontario farmstead including many varieties of wood products from barn board and floori

ng to huge beams and joists for framing. The products are available "as is" or finished by our expert craftsmen. We hope you enjoy browsing our site and look forward to your visit at our showroom, salvage yard or field of beams
