Westview Secondary's craft fair is happening very soon! I am accepting preorders for this market until Wednesday April 10th. This is a great way to not be disappointed just in case I sell out of your favourite flavour at the craft fair. All preorders must be prepaid. Pickup will be at the craft fair Saturday April 13th between 10-3. Entry is by donation. To preorder please send me a direct message. I will post scone selection in the comments.
* Editing to add I will also have some bars and maybe cookies at the market as well. I am just not sure yet as it depends on how many preorders I have :) *

Hello everyone! I will have a table at Westview's Spring Craft Fair in April. This market is run by students as a fundraiser for this year's dry grad celebrations. As a parent of a soon to be Westview graduate I hope to see lots of support for this market.
I will be offering a preorder for this market closer to the date (April 13th) Please keep your eye out for a post in early April.

I hope everyone has had a wonderful holiday season so far. This new year will bring some changes to Carrie’s Cupboard. Effective immediately I will be closed indefinitely to take care of some personal matters. I am committed to a few craft fairs and will still be popping up here and there. All information on those markets will be posted here on my page. Thank you for all your support and I wish you all a happy New Year :)

FYI to anyone who has bought Poblano Jalapeno Jelly from me this Fall. The best before date reads October 2023. It should be October 2024. I am so sorry for this typo. The jellies are definitely good for a full year sealed.

This year's box is $50. Payment in full is due no later than 1 week before your pickup date. Reminders will be sent out the day before your payment due date.
Each box contains the following:
4 shortbread
4 tree shaped sugar cookies
4 red velvet white chocolate chip cookies
4 raspberry jam almond thumbprints
4 mini cranberry bliss bar bites
4 confetti squares
4 peanut clusters
4 ginger cookies dipped in white chocolate
4 chocolate brownie cookies dipped in dark chocolate with crushed peppermint
4 toffee cookies dipped in chocolate
4 mini gingerbread men
5 oz container of candied pecans
No substitutions please
This box contains almond extract, peanut butter, peanuts and pecans. Please be aware for nut and tree nut allergies. Cross contamination may occur.

Thank you to everyone who came out tonight. My son and his classmates who were volunteering tonight believe they raised over $5000 towards their dry grad next June :)
I have no more leftovers from today's craft fair. My next and last craft fair of 2023 will be Saturday December 9th @ Hammond Elementary.

I am super excited about this Friday's Winter Market @ Westview Secondary here in Maple Ridge. This market is being planned by students as a fundraiser dry grad for the class of 2024.
If you're planning on attending, I would love to know what types of scone flavours you'd like me to bring.
I am also thinking of changing up the scone samplers that I usually bring to craft fairs. Usually I bring a large sampler (12 scones, 4 flavours) and a mini sampler (4 scones, 4 flavours). Would anyone be interested in a 6 scone sampler (3 flavours in a box)? I would have 2 or 3 different types of samplers available, therefore more choice for everyone. Let me know your feedback below!

I would like to give a huge THANK YOU to everyone who came out to this weekend's market at Carney. This weekend is always my busiest of the year as it is over 2 days. It isn't easy baking for 2 market days in a row. I am so humbled that you sold me out of baking both days and almost all my jams!
I will be restocked with jams again very soon, in time for my next market at Westview Secondary's Winter Market on Friday November 24th from 4:30-8:00 p.m.
My Christmas baking preorder will also be posted towards the end of November. More details on that very soon!

Good news! My power came back on in time for there to be lots of scones for the 2nd day of the Archbishop Carney Craft Fair tomorrow.
The doors open at 10 am. $5 admission, free for 12 and under.
I’ll be answering any messages Sunday night/Monday.

I will be offering Christmas baking boxes. The boxes will be posted towards the end of November for preorder. There will be LOTS available.
I will NOT be doing shortbread by the dozen. There will be some shortbread in the Christmas box.

Happy first day of Fall!
Pumpkin spice scones are now available again. These scones are made with real pumpkin, pumpkin pie spices and topped with a vanilla glaze.

These scones can also be made with maple icing for a fun twist. Just make the request when ordering.

Hello!
You may have noticed I have not been posting baking days. For personal reasons I am changing the way I take orders for the foreseeable future. Instead of posting dedicated baking/pickup days I am asking those who would like to order to message me with your order with preferred pickup date and time. I will respond promptly whether I can accommodate your order. I appreciate your patience as we go through this change together.
I am still behind in jam and jelly making but new flavours are coming still. In the featured post at the top of my page there is a list of all the jams available along with all the scones available to order.
This 𝗙𝗿𝗶𝗱𝗮𝘆 𝗦𝗲𝗽𝘁𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝟴𝘁𝗵 will be the last day for the summer scones (Strawberry, Blueberry, Raspberry White Chocolate and Peaches & Cream). Fall flavoured scones will be coming very soon.

Peaches and Cream scones are here for a very limited time!
These scones will be included in the scone sampler I will be bringing with me to the summer market this Saturday.
There is preorder information in the post below this one if you want to make sure you don't miss out.
Peaches and cream scones, along with strawberry, blueberry and raspberry white chocolate scones will only be here until the end of August
