Coastal Rainforest Safaris and Sea Wolf Adventures are sister companies united by a common mission: to build capacity, train, and employ local Indigenous peoples. Our collaboration aims to reconnect our communities with their vast and beautiful territories through boat-based tourism. By being in the territories daily, we use this as an educational tool to talk about the unique cultural and environmental knowledge of our people, we create meaningful employment opportunities while fostering a deeper appreciation and stewardship of our ancestral lands. This partnership not only strengthens our cultural ties but also promotes sustainable tourism, ensuring that our rich heritage is shared and preserved for future generations.

Hanging out at the Seattle Boat Show checking out new boats and ideas; and having fun with my son! We bumped into North Island Marina from Port McNeill; where we moore our vessels.

It would be nice to see Ḵ̓wax̱wa̱lawadi - Echo Bay Marina & Lodge down here promoting our territory because other people are. In fact North Island Marina has offered to share their booth next year with our Nation’s newly purchased Marina at Echo Bay! Partnerships are the way to go!

It was great viewing in the homeland during this past season. This bear was showing off his salmon catching skills in front of us; which made for great photography! The 2024 season is fast approaching!

See otters are making their way back to our territories! These furry friends will bring back the balance we need for our environment. We will see our kelp grow into the forests they used to be. Now I know many people would disagree about the balance because they say sea otters eat way too much sea food. When you harvest on an industrial scale, I can understand how that would impact your bottom line. However if we went back to the paradigm, that was here, in these waters for thousands of years, we would be fine:) Hiłamut - only take what you need.
