IMPORTANT UPDATE from Air Canada

They have changed their seating policy. If you book BASIC or STANDARD fares, you no longer can choose your seat at check in for free. Your seat will be automatically assigned.

This is not new to the industry, recently I have flown with both Egypt Air and Turkish Air and they both charged to change the seat at check in.

A COUPLE OF THINGS TO CONSIDER

- If you want to sit with your travelmate(s) or have a preferred seat (window or aisle) pay for seat selection at time of booking. That is when you will have the best selection.

- Consider the FLEX fare as it may be the best value.

- Know the costs of seat selection before making a choice of which flight option is best.

One of the perks of being an advisor is of course getting to travel. But not just for my own personal enjoyment.

In the past year, I’ve had the opportunity to travel to:

🐪Morocco. (Road Trip!!!)
🍸Mexico (Hotel Xcaret Arte)

These were great trips for me, and I love them even more for all of the knowledge and expertise I’ll be able to pass on to my clients — knowledge you just can’t get without being in the destination yourself.

My recommendations on resorts, cruises, and travel experiences are based on my firsthand travels — and if you’d like to travel to somewhere I haven’t been I have trusted partners on the ground who help me to design your trip.

When we meet, I take that extra time to get to know you and your expectations. We chat about your needs and especially your bucket list.
