Apohaqui Village Clubhouse After-School Program After-School Program at the Apohaqui Elementary School. To register call 433-2273 or call AES. The Local field trips may occur periodically throughout the year.

One of the main purposes of the after-school program is to enhance and extend the learning that goes on during the school day. The emphasis will be on hands-on learning and having fun while learning in unconventional ways. Staff will facilitate development by setting up various activities and interest centers and guiding children through the environments as school age children have a need to explo

re and experiment on their own. Children will have time to work on their homework during the after-school program. Students who do not have homework will have the opportunity to read during homework time. Your child may not always finish all their homework during the after-school program but they can work on it during the time provided. Parents are welcome to visit their children during their free time and to be involved during special events. We have an open door policy and welcome any suggestions, comments or concerns you may have.

A lot of pictures for a fun filled afternoon!
Water roulette with the hose, jenga blocks, giant connect 4, tball, water limbo, a dinosaur spouting water, tetris and sponges.
A great time spent together to end our school year!

Today in Grade 1, Colin was the Special Person.
The Special Person gets to bring something from home. He brought his Mom's softball trophies from a few years ago (1999- 2001).
He carefully sounded out the words and shared what they said. He also wanted us to take note of the grime (as he described it) on the back of one of the statues, he had such a great time telling us about the trophies!
