Notifications will continue to direct all customers who book through travel agencies to contact you for assistance.
Refunds are permitted per the applicable Schedule Change Policy. Refunds will be processed back to the original form of payment.

Cancel their reservation and retain for future use.

Wyndham Alltra Playa del Carmen! Welcome to the beachfront junior suite. When we checked-in, our temperature was taken. Masks are required in all public spaces. Sanitizer is in all areas to ensure all travelers are safe. This is one of my favorite resorts in the area.

As we move into the busy holiday travel season. Here is the latest on the new testing requirements the government has implemented. ✈️🧳🧭

Federal Health Minister Jean-Yves Duclos sought today to clarify complicated new COVID-19-related travel requirements, saying that all passengers coming from non-U.S. foreign destinations will soon have to undergo mandatory testing on arrival.
