My Interest in Travel
I just recently joined TPI as a Travel Advisor and I am already off the ground and running!
I initially decided to join the travel industry because of my interest and love of travel. Anyone that knows me, knows that my philosophy is, ‘Don’t wait until you’re retired to travel, do it now, with your kids if you have them, so you can enjoy life and what travel gives you. Too many people miss out on the opportunity, so now is the time! The bills can wait!’
James and I have been married for 15 years and have an 18 year old and 11 year old. Both children have been traveling with us since they were of age 2. They’ve experienced: Cuba – Veradero, Cayo Coco, Cayo Santa Maria and Havana; Punta Cana, Dominican Republic; Mayan Riviera, Mexico; and have been on a cruise which took them to Honduras, Belize and Cozumel, Mexico. Travel is important and has taught all of us a lot.
My most recent venture took me on a tour of my own to San Diego and San Francisco, California. It was one of the most incredible trips, and definietly one of the most memorable. I am a huge Robin Williams fan, and got to see where he grew up, the meadow dedicated to him, the Robin Williams Tunnel as well as the Mrs Doubtfire house. It was truly a bucket list trip I will never forget.
Travel has always been a passion for me so it only made sense to follow this path and become a travel advisor once time allowed (I know what most of you are thinking), so I can, in turn, help others with their bucket list trips and special memories!
