I'm so thankful to God that I never listened to all the people who never saw my full potential because they never wanted to believe in me - even though I would always believe in them. If only you knew my story!

Amen sister! One emergency room is no different than another. People do not realize how they can make a difference right at home by hydrating. Eating healthy. Keeping their head elevated if they have a cold so it doesn't become filled up in their lungs and turn into pneumonia...etc. Good handwashing WITH SOAP makes a world of difference. Blocking sneezes and being mindful in how they carry themselves in public.

*Hence - Flu season is not over as yet. Please don't share it anymore. If you feel unwell call in sick! Hydrate and rest. Build up your immune system and if it gets worse then go into ER or a walk in clinic. BUT please cover your mouth to prevent sneezing or coughing on others. The flu is a virus in case you didn't know that is spread by droplets from your respiratory tract through bodily fluids such as mucus which can be sprayed via your nose and mouth.

**Also please be patient with us nurses...we are only human too. Thank you.

Today I heard a story;

It was a tale of a simple little lady who had no one near to share her day. She carried a huge burden deep within her soul and every time she thought of it, it made cry out in woe.

This lonely little lady, was once a busy soul, she had so many friends who once cared for her so much more. They would invite her to their parties and made her feel so good. She brought the biggest gifts because she knew it was meant to be there regardless of who cared for her or not.

As the years went by, this little soul felt more and more alone. She lost grip of the beauty that was hers alone. She wandered on and on and never felt she had anyone who really cared. Sure there were so many parties and so many people all around but deep inside she was just a person who needed to be found.

What no one knew was she secretly kept her image up, so she would be liked by others. She paid for her value by purchasing her own products behind the scenes and made it look like she had done so well, when deep inside all she wanted was to scream.

She had gotten caught up in a trap of trying to fit in to what the world expected her to be, instead of being all she was. Which was actually quite enough. She lived her life in desperation of trying to be something she was not and forgot exactly who she was in all the hype of bright lights, fake smiles and glory.

This little lady is someone you may know. She lives next door to you or down the country road. She never was outspoken and she's not visible to all. She prefers to stay hidden behind the people who are speaking up saying it all. She just needs to be encouraged and told that her life can be happy and she's just as valuable and even more. She doesn't need to prove herself to others and if she does not fit, then please take the time to show her she's walking down the wrong path, as there's still so many roads yet to travel in life's journey.. She needs to hear how you have healed your own life and what you did to shift your perspectives to be who you are today. If you can do it then anyone can. What an inspiration you really are. Now's the best time to make it worth your sorrows, heartaches and pain. You have this opportunity to help so many more if you can see the power of your words.

I encourage you to listen to her story and tell her she's still okay. Give her the attention you would like for yourself and build her up as she's been broken for far too long. You can be a soul healer with your words of kindness and listening to her heart.

Thank you for making one more life see the light of hope that is there for all.
