One is a 4’ wide 2 step (7 1/4” rise), the other is a 3’ wide bottom step (7 1/4” rise). This one is meant to have a single step added on top, but I don’t have that. Can be purchased somewhere else separately.

Hey everyone,

For those that don’t yet know, I am making a bit of a pivot in my career.
I have been running Southport Builders for the last 8 years, but am now shifting into the world of modular, pre fabricated living spaces.
I am teaming up with aux box (a great company located on Vancouver Island) to open up their second production facility, right here in Niagara.
The facility should be open early next year.
To celebrate the fact that aux box is coming to the neighbourhood, we are doing a mini tour with our latest and largest model, the 240. See the link here for the locations and dates. We will likely be at each location from around 11am - 7pm.
We would love it if you could come say hi, and see one of our spaces in person!
If you can’t make it to any of these events, that’s fine. This particular model will be in Niagara to stay, and can be visited in NOTL by appointment. Just send me an email to set it up.
