What are you up to this November?!?

Are you curious about switching up your rhythm and diving into a tropical lifestyle that allows you to focus on yourself, on your beloveds, on your relationship with the wilds and waves?

We (paul + danielle) pour our heart and soul into this 8-night experience that intentionally curates the spaciousness to do as you need, while being fully supported in navigating both the surf and yoga, at any experience level.

Perhaps you wish to refine your surf skills or learn how to surf, either way furry paul has got you through in-depth surf tutorials about the local waves, duck-diving and turtle rolling techniques, the art of reading waves, pop-ups and more. Paul coaches and guides you every step along the way, both from the beach and the water.

Danielle compliments all your hard work in the ocean or in the hammock, with regulating yoga & embodiment practices from restorative-yin style classes to recuperate and calm your travelled nervous sytem, to conditioning and strengthening vinyasa style practices that brings greater flexibility to body, mind and heart. She also loves to infuse seasonal and climate-approriate rituals to bring greater balance and ease while in the tropics, peppered with some fun mythology and story-telling along the way!

In short, the ocean, the wild landscape, and the incredible people and culture of Nicaragua are our greatest teachers on this experience. We humbly bow in gratitude to them, in allowing us to be there, to share in this slice of paradise, and all the wonder that thrive there!

What is a retreat?

A retreat is an opportunity to remove yourself from the hustle + bustle of your everyday, and transplant yourself into a new landscape, rhythm and awareness so that you can re-charge, re-connect and find some peace and perspective.

Re-align this November with us... take time to learn or hone-in your surf skills, remember your authentic nature with daily yoga and mediation, paint, release baby turtles, doodle, read, nap, swing in a hammock, play beach volleyball, swim, beach comb, sigh, rewind and repeat!

I don't recall the exact quote, but at the beginning of Sipping Jetstreams, we are told, "The world is a book, and not to travel is to read only the first page." (Or something very similar).
