Secondly, good window design creates character, and can often lead to interior design being easier and less costly due to such a beautiful window feature. Tip 5: Utilize feng shui basics into your new build or renovation, especially if you're thinking of selling your home sooner or later. You may not care for feng shui, but at least 70% of the current purchasing power in the lower mainland does.

For this home we restored most of the exterior facade, trying to keep as much of it's original design and architecture, but bringing it into the modern day. Inside, we renovated three bedrooms and four bathrooms, fully restored the basement, and renovated the hallway and study. We also re-landscaped the back garden.
